Kaikor Construction was founded in 1985 by Grandison "Buck" Allen and Garrett J. Sullivan and through continuous and steady growth Kaikor Construction has propelled into the premier structural concrete contractor in Hawaii.

Mr. Allen has since retired from the firm and still assists as a consultant to the company. Mr. Sullivan is now the CEO and Stephen Baginski is a shareholder who currently serves as President and COO. Erik Snyder is the Vice President of Estimating.
