History & Background

Kaikor Construction was founded in 1985 by Grandison "Buck" Allen and Garrett J. Sullivan. In 1990 they hired Steve Baginski and through continuous and steady growth Kaikor Construction has propelled into the premier structural concrete contractor in Hawaii.

Both Mr. Allen and Mr. Sullivan have since retired from the firm though they still act as consultants to the company and assist Mr. Baginski on special projects. Stephen Baginski is the primary shareholder and currently serves as President and CEO.
